This year as we head into the winter season and start commuting again, you’re going to want to wear a nice warm scarf. Lucky for you, we have a gorgeous selection of scarves for this chilly season. In case you’re not so familiar, our scarves are all handwoven on big floor looms in our Weaving Studio. Our artisans spend 3-4 months weaving each design to produce 6 of each of our scarves. This means that all of items are made to an exceptional quality. These make perfect gifts for loved ones or a nice little splurge for yourself this holiday season!
One of best-selling scarves this year is the Teals Infinity Scarf. Made from Tencel yarn, this naturally soft scarf has been sewn into an Infinity design by Zak. Wrapped, twice it will sit comfortably around your neck, perfect to wear with a sweater or a coat. Be sure not to miss the hand dyed center stripe that our artisans worked so hard on! In shades of pale green, teal, blue, pink and purple; this hand dyed section changes color as it moves through the scarf.
For a bright and super soft option, look at the Marie Blanket Scarf. Shades of pink, maroon and white combine to make a fun plaid pattern. Woven by Marie, this scarf is made from Silk Wool. So imagine all the softness of silk combined with the warmth of wool. This fun scarf has also been hand fringed along all four edges to add an extra soft detail.
With just a few of these pretty ones left, you’ll want to grab your Anemone Infinity Scarf soon! Woven by Mike in a timeless chevron pattern, you’ll be sure to love this! This is another Silk Wool scarf, but this time in an infinity. With horizontal stripes in teal, blue, navy and purple, you can match this one with almost any outfit. Not to mention how gorgeous it looks with a black coat!
If you’re looking for something that might take you through the chilly mornings of spring, try the Julie Scarf. The main portion is woven in a creamy white, but the colorful stripes woven into a plaid pattern keep it bright and fun! The twill texture of the scarf gives you a luxurious feel and since it’s made from Tencel it has a lovely drape.
For those of you in love with earthy tones, our Utah Scarf is the perfect choice for you. Woven by our newest artisan, Leah, this lovely scarf is a blend of Tencel and Bamboo. This scarf will be a bit on the lighter side, great for pairing with an outfit or under a nice warm coat. Leah used 5 shades of reds, oranges and browns for the center along with light blue and grey for the stripes.
Lastly, if you’re looking or a gift for that man in your life, or you just love a narrow scarf, Pat is the perfect option. Woven by Mike and Leah in grey and blue bamboo this lovely scarf has been folded and sewn in half to make a reversible pattern. One side shows more blue and the other more grey!
